In addition to the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations and the ICAO Technical Instructions, the transportation by air of radioactive material to, from or within Canada is subject to the provisions of the Packaging and Transport of Nuclear Substances Regulations, 2015 established by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
